Kässbohrer offers young people lots of opportunities to enter into working life
Successfully completed education and vocational training of young people is a great concern to Kässbohrer. Last July three apprentices were able to pass the apprenticeship exams and could be taken on in permanent jobs. Due to their acquired skills, they now contribute essentially towards ensuring the high quality of Kässbohrer products.
This year, once again, the prospect of receiving promising and diverse vocational training at an international company attracted lots of applicants. In early September five new apprentices started their training in the trades painter, warehouse logistician and vehicle engineer. Over the next three-and-a-half years apprentice supervisor Gerhard Tockner, a guarantee for the high standard of their training, will be accompanying them.
Contents delivered by Gerhard Tockner include the growing demands in the industry, but what he also considers essential are the development of professional skills and, most importantly, fair ways of co-operating as well as personal development. Kässbohrer is pleased about the additions and wishes the new apprentices all the best and hopes they will enjoy their working life!
